„Ein absoluter Traum. Die Hütte liegt eingezäunt im Grünen, so dass man die Ruhe genießen kann. Auf dem Weg zur Hütte haben Hühner, Gänse und Enten ihr zu Hause, was aber überhaupt nicht stört, sondern sehr angenehm ist. Die Hütte selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt (Kühlschrank, Herdplatte, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Spülmittel, Trockentuch, ausreichend Handtücher, Besteck, Geschirr, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Anschluss am Wassersystem und keinen Tank!). „We could not have asked for a more fantastic place to stay. From arrival and check in, support from staff whilst we were there, location, quirky cabin... Proximity to the hills/ station/ pubs/ canal... Absolutely beautiful. The children loved the waterfall and the cabin itself... A log burner and a sofa to sleep on was a great asset for them. Waking up amongst the trees and being able to feed the ducks 10 meters away. We ate in the village and also had a takeaway... Great choice and fabulous ...

„Die Lodge war sehr hübsch ausgestattet und mit zwei Badezimmer und Jacuzzi schon fast luxuriös. Die Kinder waren begeistert. Auch ohne Auto konnten wir überall mit dem Bus fahren. Bei der Buchung dachten wir, dass die Lodge im Wald wäre und wir zu Fuß an dem Lake Windermere spazieren gehen konnte. Dies war in der Inserat irreführend. Trotzdem waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden.“
