„Best spa we have ever stayed at. The service was absolutely excellent, Fromm all of the staff at the hotel reception, spa and restaurant. Our room was beautiful, very spacious. The only minor comments we have, there was no body wash in our room, and no tap on the bath, had to fill bath with the shower head! Neither detracted from our stay, we can’t wait to visit again. “

„The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely. The only issue in the morning was that we could hear other rooms toilets being flushed and the cistern refilling. We didnt eat here but drank in the bar and the drinks were reasonable and ...

„We had a lovely stay here 5 adults. Having enough separate beds was important to us and the sofa bed room can be maintained as a private space. Sort out needs perfectly. Clean. Well located. Very smooth process for check in and payment and very helpful answers to queries ahead of trip. “
