We had zero issues with our check-in as it was all virtual and our door code was provided the night before our arrival. We enjoyed the incredibly comfortable king-sized bed and two full bathes for showering at the end of the day. The kitchen had plenty of appliances for brewing coffee/tea and an assortment of pots, pans, and spices for cooking! The spiral stairs could be challenging for those with mobility ...
