4 Dancing Bears is a thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom mountain cabin with long-range views, multiple outdoor living spaces, a private hot tub, game room, and plenty of room for up to 8 guests. Located in a gated community near Downtown Blue Ridge, it gives you the mountain setting you came for without sacrificing convenience.



### MAIN LEVEL



The main living area is centered around a wall of windows overlooking the mountains. Settle in by the gas fireplace, watch a movie on the Smart TV, or simply enjoy the view.



The fully equipped kitchen features marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Ninja coffee maker, crockpot, and everything you need for meals at the cabin. The dining table seats 6, with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island.

Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services are very limited in the Blue Ridge area, so we strongly recommend having your own vehicle during your stay.

A few important things to know before booking:



* No pets are permitted due to severe owner allergies. Unapproved pets will result in a $400 fee.

* No smoking, vaping, candles, or incense inside the cabin or on the property.

* The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

* A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required before check-in.

* The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and prepared between each stay.
