„The house itself was well maintained and as described, but we did have a couple issues with our stay overall- a prior renter had a dog which left dog fur on the furniture and rugs, resulting in our clothes being covered in fur and my 1yr old daughter’s skin getting irritated as she is allergic to dogs. The dog friendly rental was a bit of an oversight because obviously people let their dogs all over the furniture and I wasn’t counting on sitting on the couch or stepping on the bedroom rug and ...

It was cleaner than any other place we have ever stayed. Loved the layout and decor. Communication was top-notch and we were even checked on in person during stay. „This cabin was amazing!! It had ample space for my family of 4, plus my parents, and my brother. The pool table, game system, hot tub, huge deck space, fire pit, porch swings, Mountain View’s from inside and outside, comfort of the beds, and accessibility to nearby hiking trails were all amazing. The only thing I’d make sure to bring is cleaning spray like Meyers or something. Everything else like paper towels, sponge, and soap were provided. „We really enjoyed our stay. The location was private and peaceful away from the busyness Of Pigeon Forge. We liked how easy it was to enter the park from the Townsend entrance. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. The only thing I would change would be a comfortable chair to sit in at night. The loveseat was tight for 2 older adults to share.“

Frank's home was perfect for our needs. It's so peaceful and quiet and just minutes to the outlet mall, and restaurants. We stayed 4 nights and requested the room to be made up everyday. It never got done. We had to request clean towels on the second night. The shower was good then the water went really hot.
