„The house was very clean, the hot tub felt great, and sitting out on the back deck at night was wonderful. The only negative I had about the house was that it only had one bathroom. Jordan communicated well, he was always available to answer questions. People in town knew him and they all seem to like him. We would definitely recommend this house.“

„Just a couple of thing to be brought to your attentii :::1. Place a light in the toilet downstairs. 2. Replace or fix the light blue chair3. Check the hot water. Takes forever and never got really hot.4. Make the furnace is more readly available.Besides those few thing that need to be taken care of. It is totally livable. Would like some history of the house and property. “

„The home and property is as described. It looks brand new and is comfortably furnished. The wifi worked well. It was on a quiet street in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The host was very understanding when we lost the key; she got us a new one right away. I would highly recommend this cute, quiet spot!“

„One night stay in Frederick on our way back north. The place was just far enough off the main restaurant and bar areas but close enough to walk everywhere. Bedrooms were both well appointed as was the rest of the house. We loved the location and had hoped to use the hot tub but got back too late to make it work. Next time. Thanks for everything Laura.“

„Very convenient location. Fantastic view from the expansive covered porch. Very clean and well appointed inside. We stayed here just before closing on a new house in the area, and the convenience and layout was perfect. If we had been here on leisure, I can see how this cottage would also be perfect for exploring the nearby national park and wine country. Communication with the host was very prompt and helpful. They even went out their way to help me retrieve a small item I left behind.  ...

„Such a serene, inviting cottage! We enjoyed our peaceful weekend at the mint cottage. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and inviting, and the perfect location to go explore Shenandoah National Park & George Washington National Forest. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it's easy to tell the owner takes great pride in and care of this relaxing space. The walking trails on the property were perfect for the dog too! „Me and my coworkers stayed in this lovely newly constructed townhouse. Checking in was easy, garage door opener left for us to use was nice. House had everything we needed. While we attend a hair show at the temple academy, Presley Poe & friends. We had ample time to explore Fredrick MD. We eat at the liberty seafood, and steakhouse, Pistarros, Abbraccio gelato, would highly recommend this townhouse “

„The home was perfect for our visit.We were in and out all weekend but really appreciated the well stocked kitchen supplies, the comfortable beds and the hot water levels. We were able to relax in the spacious living room and spend some time on the little outdoor areas. We would stay again but if the group was much bigger there may be issues as there are only bathrooms on the first floor. “
