« We arrived to a power outage which was no fault to FLX. FLX was respnosive to all of my emails and the house was nice with a good enough location for our use. It was clean and well stocked with towels and stuff like paper towels and toilet paper - i rent a-lot of houses and this is surprisingly rare. I would rent again. »

« This was an amazing find... Very clean, easy to find and the house was very comfortable. The hot tub and basement sauna were amazing, and we saw so many deer in the huge yard! »

« We (a group of 5 women) absolutely loved our stay here! The views, cleanliness, communication with host, and entire house were exceptional! It had everything we needed, and then some! A well stocked kitchen, cozy beds, comfortable furniture, and lots of little touches such as extra cozy blankets, tissues in each room, and an easy check out! We highly recommend and will hope to be back! »

« Had a family retreat to partake in the Deck the Halls event on Seneca Lake and this home was perfect for the 8 of us. Top to bottom the home was very clean, kitchen had all the items we need to make our meals, game room was a big hit. Close to Watkins Glen and right on the wine trail. Did not get to use the outdoor patio but looks like a great spot to finish off the night. »

« beautifully appointed home! We literally took pictures of hardware and appliances so we could upgrade our own kitchens - it was decorated beautifully. We appreciated the nice welcome gift - wine and jam!! The host created a comprehensive welcome kit - it included lots of meaningful information and was greatly appreciated. Amazing view of the lake was the cherry on top. »
