« This property is very well maintained with a beautiful view and lots of space for a family. Jennifer and her husband are personable, respond quickly to questions and are attentive. Great location close to cooperstown but far enough away to enjoy the quietness of the country. Little details right down to some outdoor toys my grandson loved were a wonderful surprise! « The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were gorgeous, the kitchen would impress any famous chef. Everything you need is there. Tatiana takes no short cuts in providing a splendid space for rest and recuperation. I'm a light sleeper and this place was quiet enough for me. We hope to come back! »

« Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things....
