1st, they charged my room weeks early even though it clearly stated I would not be charged until arrival.
1st room had dead ants and hair on the linens, live ants in room.
2nd room really dirty linen with long hair and what appeared to be used sheets, no functioning TV, dried milk on coffee bar.
3rd room no screen door, chair, stains on linen and a couple hairs. Patio floor was 1/3 rotten, definitely a safety hazard and door was difficult to close and lock.
There is no staff after 4 except the manager who is there for check in. Hot tub was out of commission
We spent 2 hours waiting for a semi clean room and were provided 4 clean pillow cases for 8 pillows.
While initially the manager was apologetic, by the third room she told us this was it, she could offer nothing else and some hair on linens was acceptable and part of having a linen service, and yes I do have pictures of it all.
I have stayed at dozens of hotels through Expedia and have never been charged outside of the timeline promised, had an active bug issue, needed to change rooms due to cleanliness not once, let alone three times.
Not an enjoyable experience at all.
