„The property was exactly as advertised. The location is great, right on the Boise River Greenbelt and very close to the university. Check in and check out were a little problematic as there were different times given for check-in and checkout on the app compared to what the property owner wanted. It was stressful trying to negotiate and I ended up having to kill time in the airport before the owner would let me check in at 6 PM. “

But I’m not going to lie…they aren’t joking about the tight squeeze for parking. We felt like Austin Powers with a 20-point parking job every day!“

„Basement apartments can be a gamble, but this one was clean, cozy, and still got plenty of light. The location is quiet and residential but very convenient for getting to downtown easily. One night there were no tenants above me and it was great. The second night there were tenants and I could hear everything they said and every step they took. If you're a light sleeper, use the white noise machine and bring earplugs.“
