« The rooms were very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only complaint would be the elevators. There were 2 but only one was working. It was very slow. We were there for a soccer tournament in the area so there were a lot of kids & families staying there. One elevator was not sufficient. »

« It wasnt super clean but it waant too bad it needs to be updated. The breakfast was really good and th we people were nice but a couple couldn't speak English so wasnt much help. Besides that all in all was an ok place to stay »

« Would not recommend that anyone stays here. The people working at the front desk did not even say hello when we arrived for check in. I just told them my name and they handed me a key card. The room is not very clean, odds stains on the walls, broken bathroom floor tiles, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. There’s also no lamps next to the bed, no hotel phone in the room, and the hair dryer does not work. The hallways of the building have an odd smell and do not appear clean. Absolutely not worth...

« Room and bed were excellent. The parking situation is strange- stay on property for $25 a night if you can get a spot or park in the garage around the corner for $5 a night???? Maybe that because 3 of the 4 elevators at the Chestnut street parking garage didn’t work. Not good for bad knees to have to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. Breakfast is not good- toaster didn’t work, Waffle mix was not good. Coffee pots were empty. After dinner we stop in at the hotel bar and ordered a Jameson...

« This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone! »

« We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. The art work was beautiful!! Our room was super clean, super quiet & super convenient to Longwood Gardens. I wish check in at every hotel was as easy & convenient as the Artelo was. Once you make your reservation theyll send a msg with your door code & check in time as well as contact info if needed since they don't have a staffed front desk or on-site. The mini bar was really nice option that you honestly don't see...
