## Important Things to Know



* There are stairs inside the cabin to reach the main living areas.

* Due to the steep mountain roads and driveway, 4WD or AWD is recommended year-round and is required to reach the top of the driveway.

* From November through March, winter weather conditions such as snow, ice, sleet, and mud are common. During this time, 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended and snow chains may occasionally be necessary.

* Roads and the driveway are plowed and maintained when possible, but conditions can vary at the time of arrival or departure.

* No refunds are provided for weather-related travel issues.

* with snowy or icy conditions, it is unlikely you can reach the top of the driveway so parking is available at the bottom of the driveway, with an approximately 75-foot uphill walk to the cabin.
