„Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und liegt optimal am Privatstrand. Es sind immer genügend Plätze am Strand und am Pool frei. Gute Ptivatsphäre ist gewähleistet. Kleinlich hingegen fanden wir, dass am Morgen beim Frühstück für Expresso und Cappucino US$ 5.- plus Tax verlangt wird. Wer erholung sucht, wird im Wellness bereich voll auf seine Kosten kommen. „Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :) Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. “

As the hotel has only 28 rooms there are never a lot of people at the pool or at the beach. The part of the beach that belongs to the hotel is huge and quiet compared to other hotels at the island. „das kleine Hotel liegt wenige Meter von einem der schönsten Strände Nord Caicos entfernt. Es ist sehr ruhig, die Zimmer haben alle Ausblick auf das türkise Meer . Man bekommt den ganzen Tag über Mahlzeiten in der netten Beach Bar und bei Anmeldung sehr gutes Dinner im Hotelrestaurant. Vom Hotel aus kann man allerlei Exkursionen buchen, Am besten fand ich Kayacking in Major Hill. Für Alleinreisende ist es an regnerischen Tagen mitunter etwas langweilig.“
