« Susan's great cooking and kindliness, the magnificent beach bar, great sunsets.Exciting excursions => snorkelling on Three Marys Beach was amazing (just us and the fish, after a wild dirt track ride),. We thought and we probably were the only tourists on the island. The crossing to Middle Caicos is a real roller-coaster. Overall: loved the place. »

« Extraordinaire Seul petit bémol : tarifs des 2 restaurants. Un peu cher pour ce que c'est »

« Bonnes installations, tranquillité de l’endroit. Hôte accueillante. »

« My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and...

« We loved the apartment! It actually exceed our expectations. I especially appreciated the electric kettle 🙂 »

« We had such an amazing stay in Turks and Caicos! The place was extremely clean, beautiful, and looked just like the pictures. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially waking up to the ocean every morning. One of my favorite parts was the shallow sandbar right in the middle of the ocean. You could walk out into the beautiful clear water and just enjoy the scenery—it honestly felt like paradise. The location was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. I would definitely stay here...

« The house is much bigger and roomier than what it initially seemed from the pictures. Possibly the most well equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed at. From the furniture to the utensils it was top notch. Very much enjoyed our stay. »

« We had an incredible stay at Sandy Point Villa. The villa is brand new and beautifully designed, with premium finishes, high-end appliances, and luxurious bathrooms throughout. The layout was perfect for our group, featuring four spacious bedrooms, including two master suites, one on each floor, which provided excellent privacy for multiple couples or families. The outdoor space is truly spectacular. The infinity pool overlooks the water, and you can walk directly from the backyard, past the...

« If we could give this property more than five stars, we would! From the moment we arrived, we knew this vacation was going to be special. If you’re looking to unplug, slow down, and escape the hustle of everyday life, this is the perfect place. The peaceful, secluded setting made it feel like we had our own private island, and it was exactly the reset our family needed. The home exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and stocked with everything we could...

« My crew & I booked for three nights & stayed here not even 24 hours. The women at the property was very welcoming she wasn’t one of the host. If you are afraid of infestation do not book here. I understand rules & policy we all have them, when your guest check out not even 24 hours after check in you should be willing to accommodate them 100%. No I’m not saying a full refund but geeesshhhh act like you have a heart & refund a portion of their funds. »

« This was a great stay! The water is crystal clear and calm. Snorkel from right behind the house. 3 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. The pool is perfect. Shahida is the host and she helped us set up transportation to and from the airport. We arrived in PLS at 3:30 and the last ferry leaves for North at 5, so we didn’t gamble and we got a private charter. Good thing we did, the ferry was leaving as we were pulling up. The rooms were clean, had all the necessary stuff like paper towels, too, cookware. The...

« My extended family took a trip here for my wife's 40th birthday and it was absolutely beautiful. The house and views were stunning. We had the entire beach to ourselves 99% of the time which was exactly what we were looking for. The water was calm and clear and our kids loved swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking every chance they could. Not to mention the amazing pool. We hope to go back someday! »
