I traveled with my sister and we got to have lots of late night talking while also laughing at rorously where we disturbed no one. The sauna was a real treat. »

« An incredible property! The location is perfect for walking around Grand Marais and enjoying the local restaurants and shops. The unit itself could be have been more perfect. Absolutely spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and COMFORTABLE! The beds and living room furniture were perfect to relax/sleep on and the kitchen had everything we needed. Accessing the property was easy and the parking was convenient. The host was attentive and so kind. We hope to stay here again in the future! »

« I stayed here to work remotely while in Ely. Excellent location with a short walk to a coffee shop and the center of Ely. The property is well equipped, has fast internet service, and is very quiet. The communication with the property manager was clear with fast turnaround. A great place to stay! »

« Our family of 6 loved our stay at the upstairs “apartment”. It was very clean and very well stocked with more than just the basics. We appreciated all the extras and enjoyed exploring Ely. During our summer trip we were even blessed to observe a bear one morning in the backyard wooded area. What a special treat! »

We spent most of our time hiking, but our time spent at the Studio provided everything we needed, especially the wonderful, easy access to the lake. « This cabin is absolutely beautiful and sits directly on Fall Lake which is part of the BWCA! The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The deck off the back had direct views of the lake. The owner was communicative during our entire visit and helped restore the internet when a lightning strike hit the dish. We launched our kayaks from the dock and fished every day. There was even a fish cleaning station down by the water. I would highly recommend this cabin if you’re looking to take a trip...
