„Das RIU Vallarta hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Essen und Getränke alles sehr gut. Unterkunft alles sehr sauber, unserer Zimmerfrau Paulina ein dickes Lob!!! In den a la Carte Restaurants war es teilweise sehr laut besonders bei dem italienischen Restaurant. Strand war sehr sauber und Liegen ausreichend vorhanden. “

„This resort seems to cater mostly to the locals, which is nothing wrong with that, but I wanted a little bit more of an upscale experience. I think this will be my last time staying at a RIU resort. Only one beach bar open the whole week I stayed there, which had long lines. Buffet had long lines for lunch, breakfast and dinner. It was impossible to get in to any restaurants, unless you got in line 30min before opening. But who wants to do that on vacation? Food was mediocre. Nothing too ...

„Emmanuel vom Frontdesk war super und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war riesig und in makellosem Zustand. Die Möglichkeit, das Schlafzimmer mit Holzfenstern zu schliessen und somit abzudunkeln ist genial.“

„Upon arrival the room dirty, 2 dead cockroaches. Couch with a dirty spot with pubic hair, ceiling fan very noisy, empty refrigerator. Manager Brenda offered to give us a ride back to the airport free of charge for all the inconveniences. But on the day we left we told manager Brenda to get us the ride and she said “what are you talking about “? She said she never said anything. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOT COMING BACK.THANK YOU BRENDA. They never fixed anything.“

Even though it was a small resort without a plethora activities, the food quality was excellent, the room were was well arranged, and enjoyed the few activities we did take part in.
