« The host, Valerie, was very accommodating as we arrived before check-in time in London from the US and she arranged for us to leave our bags while the house was being cleaned. The accommodations were comfortable for our party of 8 and close to shopping and bus/underground. »

« The owner did not mention that the bathroom was a shared bathroom. The bed was afwully bad. We left after the first night and asked the owner for refunding the other 2 nights. She was sleeping, her husband didn't know anything. We are still waiting for a reaction and a refund. Vey disappointed knowaanythhing »
