The space-

Breezy Vineyards is brand new and a fully loaded 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom two-story condo.

Centrally located to all of Branson's entertainment:

-4 miles to Silver Dollar City
-7 miles to the Branson Strip
-5 miles to Table Rock State Park
-6 miles to Dolly Parton's Stampede
-3 miles to Moonshine Beach
-7 miles to Indian Point Marina (boat rentals available)


Sleeping:

First Floor-
Bedroom 1: King bed, Pack n Play Available
Bedroom 2: King Bed
Bedroom 3: Queen and twin Bunkbed

Second Floor-
Bedroom 4: King Bed

Kitchen:
-Fully loaded kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal and a large island seating for 4.
-Dining room table seating for 6 with a high chair is available.

Essentials:
-Sheets and plush towels for each guest are provided.
-Toiletries, soap, and shampoo, along with starter packs of coffee are provided

Parking:
-Free parking is available in front of the complex, and there is no assigned parking.


Other things to note:

-A rental agreement will be provided and must be signed 48 hours after making a reservation.

-The condo is on the second floor with about 14 steps. Since it is a condo, this may mean you may have neighbors during your stay.

-There is no assigned parking. Please be aware that parking may be limited during peak season.

-Please confirm seasonal pool availability before booking.

-All guests must be 21+ except children with their parents.

-9 person maximum.

- No smoking is allowed in the condo.

-Pets are not allowed in the condo.

-No parties, and we ask you to please respect the community's quiet hours 11 PM-7 AM.
