Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen which includes all standard appliances, a coffee station, and cookware for convenient meals at home. Relive the day’s adventures over dinner at the dining table set for 4. A floating counter with 2 barstools offers additional space to eat or even use as a work from home desk space.



This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 is furnished with a king size bed and smart tv.



Bedroom #2 has a set of bunk beds with full size mattresses on top and bottom.



Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- The communal pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
