Guests are required to walk up 15 steps to enter the condo.

Pets must be approved by management prior to arrival. You agree to pay a $100 non-refundable pet fee if required by management. Sneaking in an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fine and possible immediate lease termination without refund. Pets must be fully potty-trained and are not allowed on the furniture or on our blankets, sheets, towels or on any of our linens. Pets must be crated at all times when no guests are present. Being able to bring your pet(s) with you to the property is an extra privilege, but is an extra responsibility as well. Any messes made must be thoroughly cleaned up by the guests. If extra cleaning is required to clean up messes left by pets, you agree to be charged extra money to cover the costs.

To enhance the safety and security of all guests and to protect the property, a doorbell camera has been installed outside at the front entrance. The guests acknowledge this and agree to refrain from interfering with the camera's ability to capture footage.

This property does not have access to a swimming pool or hot tub.

As a standard disclaimer for all our properties, we would like to inform you that our condo is located in a community and state where the use of cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana is permitted. Smoking indoors at our property is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, smoking for medicinal purposes. While we make every effort to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please note that, although we do not imply the presence of any odors, there is a possibility that residual odors from these substances may be present in the unit during the dates that you stay, potentially due to neighboring units or previous guests who did not comply with our rules.

The Champions (COA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

If you want to bring a trailer or boat, let us know as soon as possible so that we can make a request to the COA for a parking spot to be reserved. There is no charge for boat parking.
