We have been renting this condo for years from a previous owner, and management on site. The view is beyond beautiful, and we enjoy it very much. That is what kept us coming back to the Treehouse Condo.
The condo was always spotless, and towel exchange was on site. The condo could use some major cleaning and mildew remover for the shower. The balcony was very clean but the walkway to the front door was full of cobwebs and bugs. The building maintenance was always great. Not so much now. We were given instructions many times as what not to do and all rules. The login and password were given for the Wi-Fi. I tried many times with no luck to login. I called Rent Branson to report I could not login and that the router was blinking, which they called the owner. Rent Branson called me back to let me know the owner said no one else had any problems and to reset the router. They also confirmed the login and password. I reset, unplugged to reset and still could not get on. When we were leaving for a show, I called again to report this. I left 3 messages and spoke to a person the 4th time. They were going to check and call me back. Still waiting. I was reading the instruction book that was in the condo a few days later looking at it and noticed a Wi-Fi login and password! Completely different than what I was give many times! It worked! I missed out on several of the free tickets because I do not have unlimited data plan. I relied on the free Wi-Fi.
Instructions were given for housekeeping and maintenance but where? Nothing told us where to get clean towels? I had to wash our two towels every other day. I see from the reviews that the mattress had seen it's better days and it was replaced and very comfortable. The living room furniture has not been updated and is in desperate need of updating or as the very least new cushions. That would help a great deal.
The view is outstanding! The balcony is wonderful! Update the cushions, clean and Rent Branson needs to give a few helpful instructions.
