I went and checked the room to see the crack in the wall in order to have our maintenance team address the issue and found no cracks in any of the walls, so I am uncertain what you are referring to. We are in the process of installing and additional elevator and hopeful that the project will be completed before too much longer. I hope all other aspects of your stay were accommodating. I am sorry to hear that your stay was less than exceptional. Our mail delivery is located off-site and checked early in the morning. Your package was not there at the time the mail was checked on Wednesday or Thursday. However, once I was notified that you had notification of a delivery, we went to the offsite location and retrieved your delivery. I am sorry for the delay this caused for you. I'm sorry to hear that you experience with us was less than exceptional. Yes, we are in the heavy travel season of spring break and unfortunately with the tremendous amount of checkouts on a daily basis, the linens are in the hallway from departed rooms to go to laundry. Thankfully, because of our hardworking and dedicated staff, they aren't there for a very long period of time. I hope all other aspects of your stay were accommodating.
