Pros: great location, a 8-10 minute walk to the Quicksilver ski lift. Close to the Main Street. Wonderful management staff who were very responsive and helpful even during after office hours. Two parking space conveniently located right in front of the front door. Laundry room in the first floor but have to pay 4.50 in quarters to wash clothes. Cons: No door curtains for the half glass main entrance door, we just used a shower towel to cover it for privacy. Walls/ceilings extremely thin, can hear all sounds from noisy neighbors. Had an extremely bad experience with the neighbors right above us for two nights, loud music, stomping, dropping ski shoes, began to play loud music once they are back from ski and stay up until 4:30am. We moved out after the second sleepless night. Didn’t think much for the first night and thought it was a one time thing without expecting to face a second night of chaos. Overall, we loved the Panorama management staff. They helped us right away by locating us to a different condo in their property after we called them about the noisy neighbors, which was very appreciated. We’d definitely reserve Panorama company for future stays.
