The Luna Loft is a beautiful and well-executed place on the 3rd floor of a building constructed in Brevard around 1893.
The accommodations were very well done. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook if you like. The living room was comfortable and the dining room can seat up to 6 if you have company. The bathroom is a little bit cramped, but clean and functional. If you are having more than two guests, take this into consideration.
The piano is a nice touch next to the elegant bar facing from the kitchen. We only wish that the electronic "player piano" device was hooked up and functional, there are plenty of discs stored in the bench at the piano.
Only a couple of minor dings, though. The foyer at the entrance is very dark and it was difficult to get the lock box open without a flashlight. The light fixture there should be left on when housekeeping departs to help the next guests. And there were some bulbs out that didn't help the situation.
Lastly, if you are planning to stay here, you better be in good enough shape to walk up 3 flights of stairs with your luggage in tow. No elevator since it's an older building. My right knee has been an issue for a few years and this made going in and out to do things very tiring and painful. That's not a complaint, just a fact of what the building is.
Overall, a great place to stay, very unique and we had very prompt responses from the owners when needed.
