„Excellent location, not worth the price and kind of amenities offered. Valet parking is expensive, offsite parking is a hassle. No convenience store around the tower. Bath tub design not meant for seniors. Not enough cookware in the kitchen.“

„Clean, modern studio apartment with W/D, kitchenette, and large fridge. Bathroom quite nice. The bed was a bit lumpy and like ALL of the Brickell apartments and condos late nite Lamborghini and muscle car backfires are common. Our host was polite and left earplugs on the bed when we. Checked in. Given its location, I would stay there again. “

We feel like we were highly deceived about the construction, balcony closure and obstruction of views. It is written in a small blip after scrolling almost to the end of the description. I was very disappointed as I chose the place based on the views. Potential renters need to be informed at the beginning in full transparency. Also we were woken up most mornings to loud ...

„I recently enjoyed an incredible stay at the Vrbo apartment in Icon Brickell, and I can't recommend it enough! The apartment was beautifully furnished, offering modern amenities and breathtaking views of the waterfront. The location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and vibrant nightlife. The building's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were fantastic. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a ...
