„Don’t book this, you will regret it. I had to leave after 1 hour of being there. The room was disgusting and the bathtub looked like it had never been cleared. I could stomach staying there not a minute later! Save your money!“

„The host was so responsive and welcoming. He was quick to reply to my messages and the space was exactly as pictured. Thank you for allowing us in your space.“

„Two nights here just three kilometers from the airport. Easy access plus soundproof walls ensured solid sleep before flights.“

„We had a very nice stay in this unique, clean, and comfortable rental. The entire unit feels brand new and is thoughtfully stocked and equipped with everything you need. The host is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about her guests and making sure they have a great stay. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is especially convenient if you’re visiting a nearby college or traveling with a dog. „I reserved this rental for elderly family members who were visiting for a large family celebration. I kept the host informed about who would be staying and confirmed that there were four guests (two couples). Unfortunately, both couples experienced difficulties upon arrival. The first couple did not receive the correct entry code, and when they called for assistance, the contact they were directed to became heated, which made the situation tense. The second couple arrived later in the evening and ...

„We had a great stay in Syracuse visiting family. The property was neat and clean and well appointed. Great coffee selection!!! Very comfortable for a long weekend get away in Tipp Hill. Enjoyed some local pubs and antique shops. Would stay again when in town.“

„This property was not as advertised - it was supposed to be an apartment with a King Size bed and Non-Smoking. It was NOT an apartment. It had a king size bed with dirt on the covers. It stank of smoke. We immediately left the room to check out and while we were talking to the front desk, a dog urinated on the floor in the same area.. We left immediately. I have requested a full refund from the VIRBO owner and have not received anything yet.“

„Parking on the street is convenient. So much to do within walking distance. The loft was spotless, comfortable, modern… perfect. Will absolutely stay here again. “

„We went to Syracuse for the Syracuse nationals car show. Approximately five days before we left, I asked the host if there was an outside grill. I was told that there would be one there.. We were one hour outside of Syracuse when I texted the host to ask about keys and a lockbox. I got a text back that stated we were supposed to have been there five days previous. Needless to say, that statement gave me a few more gray hairs. After a few more text messages, the host finally got it right. I would ...

„Loved staying at this place! We came for a concert and soaking in the hot tub before and after was a game changer! The hosts had everything we needed and then some. The bed was comfy, everything felt clean and fresh. The decor is spot on! The only tiny criticism is that the water in the shower gets cold quickly and there was no gas in the fire pit (or it didn’t seem to work for us). If we ever need a place to stay in Syracuse, we will be back to The Simpatico!“
