I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer ...

„This was the perfect place for my family to stay during our trip to NYC this fall. Apartment was exactly as listed. Both kids had their own bedroom which was nice. Neighborhood was great. Very convenient access to the subway and if you’d rather walk, it was an easy walk to 5th Avenue, Central Park and Rockefeller Center. Host was super helpful and responded quickly to questions. We had a great trip! We would highly recommend staying here.“

„Ein großes Apartement, was bis auf Handtuchhalter im Bad, alles hatte. Da es sehr zentral in Chelsea gelegen ist, ist es natürlich laut und hell nachts, aber das ist es ja fast überall in NY. Der Boden im Wohnraum hat so ein Gefälle, dass die Koffer von alleine zur Tür rollen 😂 Die Kommunikation mit Ashley war sehr gut, natürlich ist es mit einem Apartement schwieriger seine Sachen vor bzw. nach dem Check-out zu lassen. Da sollte man dann vielleicht lieber ein Hotel nehmen, wenn man wie ich ...
