Residences à Brighton et Hove

« Hôtel plutôt propre et moderne. Chambre plutôt propre et fonctionnelle. Difficulté pour régler la température mais nous n’avons pas eu froid. En revanche, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse à mes mails pour savoir si nous pourrions manger à l’hôtel (soir de noël). En arrivant on nous a dit oui, puis non. La communication n’est pas leur fort! Mais sinon bien dans l’ensemble! »

« What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. « Our stay at this property, was a bit poor. The room was fairly clean, the pillowcase on one side of the bed was marked a bit yellowy, the bed looked comfortable, but when actually laid on it, it was very hard could not sleep and the other rooms were very noisy. Kept hearing people walking about late at night. We left at 5.30am on Wednesday morning. »

« Disappointing ! It’s Winter and the heating was switched off in our room. We switched on, set at 24 degrees and went out. 2 hours later, Little effect - hotel staff « changed the central setting «  and said it would warm up soon. No it did not. And next morning it was off again. Second complaint to check out. Apologies but no thought of a gesture to show sincerity Really disapponted as am a regular traveller to Brighton - I’m sure the hotel is great if you have heat / in the summer »
