« Everything was perfect. »

« The unit has amenities as listed. Parking, AC, large frig, washing machine - but dryer is in garage. The unit i stayed in and the furnishings in the unit look very tired and worn. Couch has tears, curtains are old and hang crookedly, two internal doors look like they have punch holes in them. There are very few utensils and plates. »

« There is no double glazing so bedrooms can be noisy at night if you are not used to traffic »

« Facilities are really aging and really need an upgrade Shower is a kind of experience with poor water pressure and a huge step to enter the shower … Not very convenient ! »

« Excellent accueil.

« Good budget place. Perfectly fine for what it claims to be and what it is. »

« Mum and I had a lovely one night stay at St Joseph’s by the Sea. It was quiet and felt secure, part of a spiritual retreat centre with an adjoining convent. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were perfect, and access worked well for my 94-year-old mum, with a wheelchair available too. It is an easy 10-15 walk to main shopping area of Williamstown and less than 1 minute to the waters edge. There was plenty of on street parking available when we stayed. We had a twin room which was roomy, with desk...

« when I first booked through hotel.com for a non refundable flat, i was wrong on my date. Then i directly called the hotel and they were nice to change the date. They told me they had better room for which i had to pay an extra 60 aud, because they didn't have anymore free rooms.. which was wrong.. the hotel was almost empty. They knew i was arriving at 00h00, and, when i arrived, the room was completely frozen, the heater was turned off. In the morning, that receptionist was so cold when asked...

« Good spacious apartments- a little tired but can’t be beaten for convenience and location »
