âWe enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Ideally located for our Alton Towers trip. Lots of nice restaurants in Leek too.
Apartment was very comfortable, beds comfy too with crisp white linen and towels.
Good instructions for entry. Some more information about bins etc would have been good. WiFi was a bit iffy at times but didnât hugely impact on us. Connection instructions werenât correct but we worked it out eventually.
Would consider staying again when next visiting Alton Towers. â
âThe staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel âbut maybe not - we are quite expensiveâ. â

Morgens bekamen wir ein tolles FrĂŒhstĂŒck nach Wunsch serviert. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend. Und wer sich in dieses Ărtchen verirrt, hat es zu Alton Towers nicht weit. Das war nicht das einzige Problem im Bad, aber das Personal am Morgen war uninteressiert und nicht hilfsbereit.
