This self-contained ground-floor studio has its own private courtyard with outdoor seating, shade umbrella, and clothesline, plus reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Access is via an internal staircase with two smart lock codes — one for the building entry and one for your studio — with 24-hour self check-in.

You`ll have complimentary use of our shared laundry — equipped with top and front loaders, a heat pump dryer, and complimentary detergent.

We provide tea, coffee, body wash, shampoo and conditioner as standard.
A hair dryer, iron and ironing board, toothbrush and toothpaste, and additional kitchen items such as a rice cooker are available on request — just ask.

We`re one of the few pet-friendly stays on the Redcliffe Peninsula, with dog-friendly parks and beaches close by.

Studio courtyards are secure for most dogs — very small puppies may find a gap under the fence.

As with many coastal character weatherboard buildings, some noise travels between spaces.
We ask all guests to be mindful of noise after 8pm — this applies to music, TV volume, and pets.
