„Very quiet and peaceful. Good layout. Has air con in the living room and one portable unit for the far bedroom. They work great and did the job. Water used is from rain catch. No issue we booked the water before drinking, just in case. Great long views and the Roos came out of the vineyard across the street at dusk and stayed out til dawn. Very Australian. Washer worked as designed and cloths line outside did the drying.“

„We had a very large group of family come over from overseas for a family event ranging from 4 to 82 years of age. The house is amazing and was luxurious for every single persons stay. I have never seen such a well equipped house with every possible thing available, about 25 mins drive from the Hunter. Thank you so much for helping us have such a memorable stay!“

„The property itself was great however I don't think I would book again. The open ceilings are not practical for a houseful of people trying to sleep when you can hear everything in all rooms. There were "caretakers" onsite on Saturday night drinking and playing pool in the shed which is in the driveway. They were perfectly nice when one of our male occupants went over to see what the noise was, but if I was there with just women I would have felt uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have a ...

„House was absolutely lovely, nicely furnished with large spacious bedrooms and beautiful surroundings (the lemon and kumquat trees are amazing!). We loved our time at the house and will definitely visit again. The only very minor comment is that the windows and door frames could do with a quick clean but this is did not impact our stay.“
