« I could have given a higher stars but two mornings where they started breakfast late (past 0630 as stated). Tuesday morning, it was difficult to get in touch with the front desk despite calling the posted service numbers. My mattress had a large brownish stain on the side. No smell, just stain. I hope it is not blood or body fluid stain. Despite these shortcomings, staff and owner are committed to please guests and apply corrective measures if needed. They are not argumentative. « The room has a couch in it that had animal fur on it so we couldn’t sit on it, the air vent in the bathroom was not pulling the steam out, the tub was stained didn’t look clean. The trash can by the elevator was never emptied it was full with the same trash over flowing in it. »

The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. « This was the worst experience ever. Sheets dirty with blood. towels looked like someone with dirty hands wiped on them. had to ask 3 times for toilet paper. smoke alarm not hooked up. black mold in bathrooms and on walls. no wash cloths. trickle of water and toilets hardly flushed. pool was green. there was smoke smell and weed smell. there were cigarette butts and nails in the halls and steps. this place should be shut down by the health department. »
