The cottage is situated just over a mile from the village of Marhamchurch, with a shop and family pub. Bring your buckets and spades and enjoy family days on the local sandy beaches of Bude (3.5 miles) and Widemouth Bay (4.5 miles), or why not try your hand at surfing? The local town of Bude offers a wide shopping mix, cafes, restaurants, a leisure centre, golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, and access to the South West Coast Path which offers spectacular walking in both directions. It is perfectly placed for touring both Devon and Cornwall, where family days out could include visits to the Eden Project (38 miles), the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly (18 miles), Boscastle (15 miles), Tintagel (19 miles), Port Isaac (26 miles), Rock (30 miles) and Padstow (36 miles).

Located in a small courtyard of beautiful properties, this immaculate cottage makes a great holiday retreat. Enter the kitchen/diner, with a Smart TV, two ovens, hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer with iced water, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer; it is a great space for cooking lazy breakfasts or trying out new recipes. Enjoy meals together or plan your day ahead around the large island with bar stools. The lounge has a wood burner, Smart TV, DVD and a comfy sofa and chairs which can all recline, a perfect room to snuggle up in with a bottle of wine and a film on the Smart TV. Heading upstairs from the kitchen, are three bedrooms all with apex ceilings and Smart TVs. There are two double bedrooms and one single room. Completing the accommodation is a contemporary shower room with shower and WC.

Outside, there is an enclosed walled courtyard garden where guests will find a table and chairs, a gas Weber BBQ as well a hot tub, which is particularly inviting at night; guests can enjoy the warm bubbling water under the star-filled skies. There is ample private parking available.
