This is a very nice hotel, with a great staff a nice gym, excellent swimming pool, and good restaurant. The beds are comfortable. The concierge in front desk are excellent probably one of the best places in Davao city.

Magnifique cadre de verdure en bord de mer.de grands espaces bien entretenus . Grandes chambres à la déco un peu Vintage et des équipements méritant une rénovation plus moderne.

The only area that needs improvement is more wait staff for the dining areas. It can be a bit of a wait to get your service without tracking someone down. May have to do with lack of direct tipping that I am used to in the US where performance and customer satisfaction have a monetary reward. Also ...

Davao Airport View Hotel
We actually booked an upgrade, compared to last time, NOT worth it! Then noice from their packaging centres down under and the Aircon that is under powered for that kind of Sqm... Go to a proper Hotel this is no way near worth the missing sleep.
