• Minimum booking age: The reserving guest must be 25 or older and remain at the home for the entire duration of the stay.

• Parking: Space for up to eight vehicles in the driveway. Please do not park on the road.
• Driveway: Paved, with a steep incline. Trailers are not permitted because there is not enough room to pull in and turn around.
• Winter driving: Four-wheel drive is required during winter weather. Snow and ice can make mountain roads and the driveway challenging; please contact Yonder for driving tips.
• Road access: The lodge is reached via state-maintained paved roads.
• EV charging: A Wallbox Pulsar Plus Level 2 charger is available. Tesla owners must bring their adapter.

This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren't permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Military Discount
