Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers. 1. « The location was fantastic and the outside area is truly beautiful, though the grass could use a bit more attention and landscaping. However, the room itself is in need of a major upgrade, particularly the bathroom, which felt quite dated. Staff were very helpful and friendly. »

« Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. »

« The property was amazing but the breakfast was always cold. I booked a queen bed but when I arrived they said the room was two full sized beds. I was traveling with my girlfriend and it was embarrassing to have to tell them we were a couple and needed one bed. Me and my girlfriend our discreet about our relationship so needed to explain we as two women need a single bed was so embarrassing. « The bathroom has no ventilation so that things don't dry and rot. No chair, no table. No mosquito net, only very small window so if you want air you need to let the door open. The Wifi works in the lobby but does not reach the room. Most things in the room are very old and nearly broken. Close to the beach and the surf area, not too noisy. Friendly staff. Cleaning OK. »

« There was a smell in the room that smelled like. A. Open swege pipe thats not been plugged. B. Fish 3 days old. They can not fix it. It stayed with us for 3 days during our stay. Its obvious they tried to mask it on 1 day with air freshners. I recommend avoiding if you can. »

« Clean, budget-friendly hotel walking distance to the beach. AC works well. Couldn’t get much sleep due to street noise. I could hear every car and truck pass by and our room was not even the closest to the street. May stay again in the future if traveling with a big group. I’ll just wear noise canceling headphones or bring medicine to help me sleep. »
