„This was our first time at this property. We had an oceanfront room in the Reserve section (Building #3). It was a rocky start due to the fact that they tried to put us in building #4 which is not oceanfront or Reserve. However, when we explained our frustration, they found a room in the right building. You can’t open them because there isn’t a screen. There isn’t an elevator and there are LOTS of steps so not handicapped accessible. “

Our room was a one bedroom, living room with pull out bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and two full bathrooms. Room was serviced twice daily. Spa was amazing too. Highly recommend. Great for family - includes kids club and teens club. “
