Family with teens on spring break

We upgraded to a super presidential and enjoyed the larger terrace and hot tub. The view was lovely and I enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks alike on the terrace.The kitchen was nice to have, I always prefer to eat in my room rather than have to go out for breakfast. The kids loved running around and eating at the various places in the resort.The bed was initially very firm but we called for a mattress topper and that helped a lot so keep that in mind if it's too firm for you.The resort is a little tricky to figure out the lay of the land initially but once you do it's easy to navigate. The golf cart drivers are all very sweet and take you wherever you need to go.We got to have Easter Mass right at the resort, there is a beautiful little chapel on the courtyard.There are many pools but I think the most beautiful is the Sky Pool, sunset there is beautiful.If you want to go to downtown Cabo you can just take the bus to the Rose resort and either walk to uber from there.

Property was gorgeous and our suite was too. Great views of the ocean and we really enjoyed the skytop pool. Our host Charlie was very accessible online and eager to help. Would definitely stay there again! Wonderful location.

Cabo Family Vacation

Our family had a great week in Cabo staying at this suite. The suite itself was perfect size and setup and having a full bath with both bedrooms was great. Charlie was an excellent host and very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Resort with stunning views

This property is amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Every morning we sat on the patio abs watched the sun come up. The service was so good. Everyone we encountered was smiling and happy. Charles was fantastic to work with. Great communication and offered his personal suggestions. Would definitely book again in the future.

Great property and amenities - those sunsets WOW

Our family (4 with two teens) stayed here over Christmas and it was relaxing and beautiful. The views from the patio are spectacular! The master bed is rather hard and we needed new pillows. We also asked for the shower head to be looked at as the pressure was terrible but it was not addressed during our stay. All in all it was a good room. We ate at most restaurants and they were great. The buffet for breakfast was perfect and the husband and I enjoyed la Frida for a nice dinner in our own - fantastic service and food! The market was always busy and the food was both a hit and a miss. We wanted to try La Choya food truck on our last night but it was closed! The pools are cold so warning on that..the sky pool was the best but the constant thing the bass can get a bit much if you are looking for relaxation. We really appreciated the opportunity to go to Rose and los Cabos resorts (side by side on the beach) and spent two full days there eating and drinking on our premium AI plan. We took taxis back and forth as we never seemed to be able to book a shuttle time that would work for us.

The host was great about sending information, hints and tips. Pueblo bonito sunset beach is a beautiful resort. Check-in was smooth. We plan on using Charlie again when we are in Cabo!

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach

We had a great stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. Our host Charlie was more than amazing! He was very informative and responded quickly with any questions we had. The resort itself was beautiful! Every room had an ocean view and the staff was great! Most definitely will book with Charlie again, in fact this was our second time booking with him.

Perfect Family Vacation

Beautiful location and perfect resort for our family, including three teenagers. Very safe and enough activities and areas to explore to keep our kids engaged and our entire family having fun on our holiday. Restaurants were good but make sure to expect a wait at those more popular. Charlie was an excellent host.

If you are thinking of a trip to Cabo, book this unit. Charlie was super helpful from the day of booking to the last day of our stay. He answered all questions and Oscar was wonderful. He was super attentive and made the trip so easy. The unit is beautiful, super spacious and comfortable. The resort was beautiful, super easy to get transportation to Rose and downtown. All the restaurants were great, especially the Steakhouse. The SPA is a must. Go through Oscar if you want to book it, he gets things done. Cannot say enough about the resort but booking through Charlie and having Oscar as a contact too made everything super easy. Would recommend 100%.

Highly recommend!

Charlie is a great vacation host. He is knowledgeable about the property and Cabo area. The unit and property are as described and shown in the pictures. The unit is spacious easily accommodating my family (2 adults and 3 kids) with a great view of the ocean. Sunset Beach is a very large property with a lot to offer adults and children. I would recommend the all-inclusive option but know that two of the three high end restaurants don't allow children under 16 so we were not able to go to them.. I would recommend going over to Rose' to spend a day at the beach, but make sure it book the shuttle in advance.

Presidential Suite at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort

Charlie was a very helpful, responsive, and caring host. He made sure we had all the necessary information to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed in the presidential suite at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort and had an incredible time. We were with my in-laws and our 2-year-old, and we all had a blast. We added the all-inclusive package which I would also recommend. Everything was exactly as Charlie described, he even so generously offered us an extra night (unfortunately due to time constraints we did not use). I cannot say enough about this place, definitely worth visiting, you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous Stay at Montecristo Estates

We had a fantastic vacation at Montecristo Estates. We were originally booked at Pueblo Bonito Sunset but the resort offered an upgrade at a reasonable price that Charlie communicated to us. We decided to upgrade and could not have been more pleased. Our three bedroom villa was gorgeous with two patios, ocean views, infinity pool, hot tub, and more space than we needed as two couples. Charlie was an extremely helpful host and communicated with us prior to booking. He shared resort info, put us in touch with a vacation advisor at Pueblo Bonito to book our AI, spa treatments, golf, and hotel transfers. He also provided information and offered to assist in booking any excursions. We could use our AI package at multiple resorts. Overall, we found the service and food to be excellent. The food was a step above what I have found at other AIs. We had several lovely meals. We especially enjoyed Tazuna. We found it worthwhile to get the AI package and definitely got our money's worth. We also went over to Pueblo Bonito Blanco and Rose to eat and enjoy the beach as the beach at Sunset is not swimmable. Overall, our party had a fantastic vacation. We would not hesitate to book with Charlie again or stay at a Pueblo Bonito property especially Montecristo Estates.
