„We had in mind to relax and enjoy two full weeks but we canceled everything after 7 days being annoyed by seeing parties taking place after midnight in neighboring rooms, young people slamming doors all day long and a not acceptable noise level everywhere. If you look for a party spot this place may be right for you, but not if you want to relax and enjoy and have to spent $6000 for our stay.“

„The refurbished rooms are great except the new bed mattress are on the firm side. I slept on the sofa. However, the rooms that have not been renovated, look nice and clean, but they have a lot of problems with plumbing. At least that is what my cousin said.“

„Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, besonders das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Allerdings war das Buffet am Abend eher enttäuschend. Ein großer Minuspunkt war, dass die Liegen bereits morgens um 7 Uhr von Gästen reserviert wurden, und das Personal auf Nachfrage leider nichts dagegen unternommen hat, obwohl in den Poolregeln steht, dass dies nicht erlaubt ist. Das war wirklich anstrengend und hat den Poolaufenthalt getrübt.“

„Our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana was wonderful! The staff is exceptional. Our Villa was as far away from the main hotel but this was not a problem. You can request a ride or walk it in minutes. The pools are clean and inviting. The beach was great and snorkeling was awesome. Would recommend some water shoes as the sand is coarse and can hurt your feet after a while. The food and drink options were really good. We would definitely go back! “
