„This rental home is located on a secluded road overlooking a nice countryside in Richmondville. The house is brand new with a large kitchen connecting the living room and dining with bedrooms on each side. The house is equipped with new appliances, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a laundry room area that came in very useful. „Property is as pictured, spacious, and clean. Great location: 5 minutes to everything in Cooperstown, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to grocery store, CVS, and gas. Note that Google maps shows that you have 'arrived' prior to getting to the street that the house is on(since the house is in a field on a hill). Would stay there again!“

„Chris's property is clean , comfortable and well lit. I felt completely safe going in and out of the property. It was an upscale rv to me, as I have often stayed in hotels. „We were attending my nieces wedding. We thought it might be nice to invite some family to share the house with us. It was big enough. The area was quiet, very much in the country, but close enough to get to a town and the Glimmerglass park for the wedding. Everything was only a few minutes away. We all had a wonderful time.“

„We had a wedding about 10 minutes from the property and it was perfect for us and our college kids to meet up. Spacious and a wonderful, quiet location for us to relax before the wedding. Plenty of space for us all to get ready and sleep comfortably. The back deck was great for us to have a few cocktails and enjoy to beautiful weather. Our stay here made our time together relaxing and enjoyable.“
