Charmantes historisches Luxus-Cottage in Cannon Beach mit Kamin, Spielzimmer & großem Garten

Rabbit Hill Cottage is a thoughtfully updated, 100-year-old home located on Cannon Beach's desirable north end, just an easy walk to both the beach and town. This three-level retreat offers the perfect blend of historic charm, modern comfort, and inviting spaces for families and couples looking to settle in and truly enjoy the coast.

The home sleeps six in three comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite is located on the main level and features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the charming attic bedroom offers a queen bed tucked beneath cozy, sloped ceilings. The lower level includes a third bedroom with a queen bed and TV, along with a family room and full laundry room, providing excellent separation of space for guests.

Rabbit Hill Cottage has a warm, slightly rambling layout that reflects its history, with multiple additions over the years that now create a variety of inviting living spaces. These include a living room with Frame TV and wood-burning fireplace, a bright reading and sunroom, a dedicated office space with a large desk, and a well-stocked game room complete with a coffee bar. A ping pong table is located in the garage, adding to the home's entertainment options.

The newly refreshed kitchen features brand-new GE Café appliances and opens to the dining area, making it easy to gather for meals after a day at the beach. A second full bathroom with a tub and shower is conveniently located on the main level between the upper and lower floors.

Outside, the spacious backyard is designed for relaxing and spending time together. Enjoy meals on the deck, and plenty of room to play on the lawn. Younger guests will love the deluxe children's playhouse, which includes a chalkboard wall along with books and games. Cannon Beach's well-known wild bunnies are often spotted in nearby yards, a charming nod to the cottage's name and the subtle rabbit-inspired accents found throughout the home.

Parking is ample for 4–5 vehicles across multiple driveway areas. An ADU above the garage is rarely used by the homeowners when they are in town. The home is located in the first neighborhood just off the Cannon Beach off-ramp and may require care when pulling out of the driveway.

Rabbit Hill Cottage offers a cozy, welcoming atmosphere in a prime Cannon Beach location, making it an ideal home base for coastal walks, beach days, and relaxed evenings by the fire. The home is professionally managed by Haystack Luxury Vacation Rentals, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.
