„It was our best hotel in Vietnam so far. We highly recommend it. The room (we booked the suite) was amazing as well as the breakfast and the staff. Unfortunately they are building a huge resort in front of the hotel - better to keep Cat Ba special instead of mass tourism“

„Host was amazing. All the food was great. Swimming in the bay was phenomenal “

„Good breakfast and very nice personal.“

„Alles war sehr schön! Sehr empfehlenswert“

„Lovely staff, amazing view, large rooms, scooters for hire, close to port.“

„Great location, view of the bay, lovely homestyle breakfast, very helpful staff, room spotless.“

„Nice modern hotel with rooftop pool. The rooms were a little under furnished however. It’s set out like an apartment but no cooking pots or utensils. No plates or cutlery. Only 2 cups and 2 teaspoons in a family room. The breakfast was quite limited compared to other places we stayed in the country e.g there was no juice and one fruit served. It was quite quiet so maybe that’s the reason.“

„Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Zentrum geht man ungefähr 10 Minuten“

„Very friendly hosts and great value price rooms plus Super location.“

„Roza Palace was a wonderful stay on Cat Ba Island. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even scheduling pick ups for transportation and restaurant reservations. Location in Cat Ba is also great. Highly recommend a stay here.“

„Friendly lady to greet you, private clean rooms with a/c…. 10/10 stay“

„We had a fantastic stay at Spring Garden Hotel in Cát Bà. The hotel was lovely, but what really made our stay special was the incredible level of care and personal attention from the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Emma, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She helped us organise trips, arrange taxis and transport, and gave us lots of useful local information and advice. One example really ...
