„We stayed 3 nights in the Grootbos and spent an unforgettable time there. Everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The walks and the safari drive with the guide Tiaan were fantastic. Our cottage ( Nr.24 ) was great. The food was delicious. We hope really to come back soon. „Lovely high spec cottage. Clean and new interiors. A romantic stay for couples but we had a three year old! Peaceful and quiet location. A short drive to shops and not too far to some good vineyards. Breakfast was quite nice but would be good to have a helpful option. My daughter loved the trampoline and small playground. Felt like a safe location. I’d recommend taking the hotel up on their offer of starting the hot tub for arrival as I couldn’t manage it!“

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Tipp: nutzen Sie Uber um von Weingut zu Weingut zu kommen, extrem günstig und gut verfügbar. Mietwagen lieber stehen lassen, wenn man Wein trinken möchte.“

„Truly amazing! Beautiful room, views and pool area. The food in the restaurant was splendid. The only thing that was a bit strange was that breakfast had to be pre-ordered the night before, and coffee/tea was not included. And they have no lunch. I guess my feedback is that they should have more food options available. Another note to future visitors - the mountain road up to the hotel was a bit difficult if you have a smaller car. But other than that it was perfect.“
