„Our stay was very enjoyable despite a couple big setbacks. Condo was decorated very nicely, with the exception of a stained bathtub. The condo was clean with the exception of a fair amount of sand in the living room. Since this is a beach condo, it was not the end of the world. Location was terrific. Everything we could possible need was less than a 5 minute drive away. We loved the screened-in porch from which we watched the sunset over the water each night. „My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in the Beach Villas on gorgeous Captiva Island! The staff was great to work with and answered questions quickly. The only thing I would suggest is that the administration rewrite the description of the property to explain the washer and dryer are shared with the community and not inside the unit. The way it is currently described implies it is inside the villa.“
