« So the staff was great at check-in. Room was ok the bed was absolutely the worst ever. So hard like sleeping on a rock. If it wasn’t a holiday would found another property. They offered blanks and pillows but that would not help the mattress. Biggest complaint was I am a rewards member and ask for late check out night before. Was told I had to call back in the morning. So I did at 8:30 was told no more left cut off was 7am. Was very upset. What’s the point of late check out if you have to call...

« Our room was clean and inviting. I liked that you didn't need to keep up with a key card. It was convenient to use the key pad. We enjoyed our location..close to restaurants,shops and the beach »

« Cute remodeled hotel with great parking right next to the Boardwalk. Nice cold A/C, comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom. Small but cozy for a couple. We made a quick three day trip for July 4th weekend. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops and day trip to Wilmington. We will stay here again! »

« An honest take on our week at the Marriott courtyard Carolina Beach. We checked in and had to sit and wait for somebody to come mop the floor because the room was still dirty barely got into the room a little after 4pm. One of the two elevators was broke down the entire week creating long lines and long wait times and frustrated guests, including us. Our room being on the 5th floor we hiked the stairs more than once. When we left, the elevator was still out of order . Never saw a housekeeper the...

« Great place all around will be back soon we stayed on the older side of the property and was still very nice and clean could use little more work but definitely a nice spot on the beach! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They could really work on the elevator it was super slow and almost the hottest thing at the entire beach it felt like I was going to pass out in there it was so hot »

« Did not appreciate having dogs on the property. Especially in the dining area. It was observed a German shepherd in the area sniffing the coffee area as well as food dropping on the floor. This is very unacceptable and I’ve made the decision not to return to this property. »

« Clean, top notch location. Our only.recommendation is to have a/c cleaned of mold more often and to discourage smoking near the pool, with the latter obvious debatable. Imagine there is a reason for an ashtray in that spot. It's just when kids are swimming, the last thing you want them to inhale, besides water, is the secondhand smoke. Other than that, we've had a great stay! »

« I arrived at extended stay and the hotel staff said since i am a local I can’t stay at this hotel they only accept people that are further then 50miles from it so now I paid for a hotel I didn’t even stay in »

« Rooms are not that clean, stains on beds, watery areas around rooms no maintenance and disturbance due to other guests having party at nights with big sounds of music and also no refilling of fruits at breakfast staff is okay overall property is not well maintained »
