The house is in a great location, easy access to the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk. The bedrooms are spacious but the the living area/kitchen is very crowded if you have a full house. The outdoor spaces are great and the fenced in yard was great for our dog. We had some issues with roaches in the house and the elevator broke during our stay adding some stress to our trip. The Vacasa team was very responsive! The house does not come with any beach gear, dish towels or soap/shampoo so you have to bring or buy extra supplies.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was fantastic, close enough to everything yet still quiet and peaceful. The house itself was very spacious, which worked perfectly for our family of six, and the beds were super comfortable. We especially loved the rooftop hot tub with grill and bar TV — some of our best memories were made in the evenings, watching the sunset together and even catching glimpses of the ocean right from the house. The outdoor space overall made it easy to relax and spend quality time as a family.That said, there are a few things that could be improved. For families traveling from out of state, it would have been nice if the house came with some basic beach gear (chairs, umbrella, etc.) since bringing or buying everything adds up quickly, especially with kids. We also noticed some bugs (cockroaches/spiders) inside, which is probably common for the area, but better pest control would make the stay more comfortable. Supplies were a bit limited too — we had to buy extra laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. A few more extra linens would have also been appreciated.Overall, though, the house was in a wonderful spot, had great features, and gave us plenty of space to enjoy our vacation together!

The house itself was very nice. It has everything you could use or need. It is close to the beach and you can walk to just about everything. With that being said here are things that should be known. The living room has only a couch that only sits three adults. Yes there are bar chairs and four dining room chairs that can be used. There are curtains in rooms but they are just for show. You have no privacy as other reviews say. If you are a clean freak like me you will notice things that could be done better. One thing that was a huge deal for me was one bed was full of sand as if the sheets were not changed. In the same room an old drink can was found under the bed which had spilled. Also the washing machine does not work well. They should have someone take a look at it.
