Located in a scenic, highly walkable area of the North End with easy public beach access just steps away, this pet-friendly duplex is ideal for multi-family stays, couples' trips, or a relaxing family vacation. Enjoy an open-concept living space, multiple private balconies with ocean and canal views, a fully equipped kitchen, and hassle-free on-premises parking.



The heart of the home features an open-concept living area and a fully equipped chef's kitchen, perfect for preparing fresh family meals after a sun-drenched day on the sand. Unwind on your private balcony with a refreshing cocktail while taking in the ocean breeze, stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TVs, or take advantage of the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and free on-premises parking are all provided. Covered parking under the home for up to 3 cars (size dependent), plus driveway parking for 1–2 smaller vehicles. (This is a shared driveway entrance; please do not block the neighboring unit).

Private outdoor shower (perfect for rinsing off sand!), picnic table, and plenty of dedicated storage space for your beach gear.

Level 2:

Living Area: Loaded with family board games, a Smart TV, comfortable sofa, loveseat, 2 occasional chairs, and seamless deck access.

Living Area Deck: Features comfortable Polywood seating for 7 with beautiful peek-a-boo ocean views.

Dining Area: Large family table with seating for up to 10.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and breakfast bar seating for 3.

Guest Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV, and access to a private canal-view deck with 2 Polywood chairs.

Guest Bathroom 1: Full hall bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.



Level 3:

Primary Bedroom Suite: Luxurious King bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Steps out to an expansive ocean-view deck equipped with 6 bar-height Polywood Adirondack chairs and a small table.

Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, individual vanity. Steps out to a private canal-view deck with 2 Adirondack chairs.

Guest Bedroom 3: Perfect for kids or singles, featuring 2 sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and a Smart TV.

Guest Bathroom 2: Shared hall bathroom with a tub/shower.

Laundry: Convenient laundry closet housing a full-size washer and dryer.



Linens - Sheets and towels will be professionally laundered, wrapped in sealed packages, and placed at the end of the beds prior to your arrival.



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

We provide a starter set of amenities. Guests should plan to bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and your favorite beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.



Guest Access:

Enjoy secure, keyless electronic entry for a seamless check-in experience.



House Rules:

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities 

No smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pet Policy:

Dogs Allowed. The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

The Neighborhood:

Adventure awaits on Pleasure Island. Exploring the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, home to incredible coastal wildlife, or take the scenic car ferry across the Cape Fear River for a relaxing visit to the charming town of Southport where quaint streets are filled with unique antique shops and galleries. History lovers can walk the scenic, live‑oak‑lined trails of the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, where Civil War bunkers still stand. Nature enthusiasts will love the island’s two state‑managed coastal preserves: Carolina Beach State Park, home to rare Venus flytraps found naturally only in this region, and the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, known for pristine beaches, marshes, and wildlife viewing. Both offer beautiful opportunities for hiking, paddling, fishing, and spotting pelicans or even nesting loggerhead sea turtles.



After a day outdoors, unwind on your private balcony with a sunset cocktail, or head into town to explore the best of Carolina Beach. Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in popular spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
