„Pool floor was dirty and there was a band aid floating in it. Continental breakfast was very bad...stale muffins, crusty microwaved sausage links. The floor in our room was dirty and in need of vaccuming. Receptionist seemed unfriendly and grumpy when asked questions about local events.“

„Indeed, shortly brought to the point: - This hotel has been renovated up to 100%. You see some spures of earlier decades (elictricity issues) and what is of my point of view a clear minus: you hear your neighbours and people talking on the floor very clearly, what means, that ist not a perfect building or that the hotel has been renovated completely. This you can see also in the Whirlpool area.... Now the + things: - Very friendly and competend stuff - Really great Breakfast - Very nice rooms, ...

„While the property was clean, it looked a little outdated but, to us, all the HIG properties look the same. Other than that our room was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat in the area and DoorDash was available. Avoid the Golden Corral just down the street from the hotel. It is awful! It’s dirty and expensive with a minimally attentive staff.“
