„Enjoyed our stay. The room were every clean and orderly and the stall was very friendly and accommodating. We could not speak Spanish and they went out of their way to help us and things for the room and ordering food. Would stay again.“

„Hübsch eingerichtetes Altstadt-Haus würden wir jederzeit einem Hotelbunker vorziehen. In Old San Juan wird sonntags bereits am Nachmittag gefeiert mit Live-Musik, Pina Colada, Salsa... Empfehlenswerte Ausflüge: Baccardi Destillerie, Regenwald El Yunque. Ausserdem sind wir mit Mietwagen nach Vieques Island (Fähre unbedingt vorab reservieren!) gefahren. Dort unbedingt eine Kajaktour nachts in die Bio Bay buchen, sehr speziell wenn die Organismen im Wasser glühen, erlebt man nur an wenigen Orten ...

„This was my second time at El Colonial. As the first time, it was great. Staff are fantastic and so friendly and helpful. I always feel very welcome. Sadly I always just stay one night. But it is definitely worth to make my way here from the airport. Hotel is in the midst of old San Juan and lots of restaurants and bars are just a short walk away. Very nice roof terrace for some drinks or just some peace and quiet. I will certainly stay again.“

„Lovely hotel in old San Juan. Perfect to discover this lovely city. The hotel is modern but kept enough of its original features. There is an interior courtyard with plants and water feature. There are some rooms on this floor. Other rooms are upstairs. There is a terrace with views over town and a bar. My room was super clean and perfect for my one night stay. “
